Track your order

Enter the order number from your confirmation email together with the billing email address you used at checkout.

Step 1Order received — payment cleared, the order is in the picking queue.
Step 2Packed — 1–2 business days after payment. A tracking number is emailed at this point.
Step 3In transit — 3–7 business days with the carrier for standard US delivery.

To track your order please enter your Order ID in the box below and press the "Track" button. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.

No tracking email yet? Check the spam folder first, then write to [email protected] with your order number and we will look it up by hand.
